New construction as of January 2008. Ground level is a garage, side entrance, back room with concrete floor. Middle level is one master bedroom with it's own full bathroom and front deck, 2 more bedrooms, hallway full bathroom and laundry room with washer & dryer. Top level is the living room with front deck, up 3 steps to the dining area, kitchen, half a bathroom, 2nd master bedroom with it's own full bathroom. Each of the bunk F beds sleeps 3 people total (double bed on bottom - sleeps 2, single bed on top - sleeps one). Property has 2 VHS with DVD players. About 10 beach tags provided by the property owner. The beach tags are not guaranteed. One XBox with three controlers. Four flat screen TV's. Iron with iron board, Coffee Maker, toaster. Wireless internet with code on back of router. Gas grill, 2 bikes, one beach buggy, some beach chairs. All burrows are topple proof, can only open one drawer at a time.
