Top floor/3rd floor condo in C-View II. Great beachblock location. Centrally located...an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Unit 307 is on the third floor, right hand corner on the 42nd Street side (faces 42nd Street) in this elevator building with parking under the building, also on 42nd Street. One bedroom has a queen bed with TV. The other bedroom has one bunk bed (twin) with a twin trundle bed. There is a small balcony with nice ocean views. Property has internet access where a tenant can plug into (not wireless).
